Easter basket from professionals

Participants will prepare dishes for Easter baskets, but there is one condition - to forget about the usual Easter cakes, Easter eggs and boiled pork. Professional chefs must be able to rethink traditional great dishes in a new way. To do this, they need to forget about the patterns of ideas about the holiday table and create something new, unique and, of course, restaurant level.
