Chef's meet aliens

Participants will come up with their own version of the popular Australian dish "float". According to legend, once a chef dropped a cake into pea soup. Now this delicacy is served in soup. Chefs will need to give their version of "dish in dish". Each product is self-sufficient, but it must be combined with each other.
