Nina hosts the Bellottis at a waterfront estate under a charity cover, intending to eliminate them. There is a certain atmosphere in the room. The Bellottis identify the setup early and strike first, turning Nina's coordinated plan into a collapsing firefight. Mick moves through the estate and corners Nina in a side room. He shoots her in the chest, killing her and her operation. The family survives but takes losses. They flee the waterfront venue, leaving the building in flames, destroying any evidence.
